The First Post

Although I'm hardly new to Blogger, this is my first post in this latest incarnation.  It might seem a bit empty at the moment… but soon it will be filled with pictures and poetry, films and music, and the odd (possibly somewhat incoherent) ramble on subjects close to my heart and things which capture my imagination.  Until then…
